Family pets must share kennels for multi-pet pricing. If you pick-up after the 24-hour window there is an additional $20 daycare fee per pet. Boarding rates are calculated every 24-hour period from the time of drop-off.It effects their earning potential and the potential for another dog to be groomed that day. Our Groomers are paid on a commission basis. Any Grooming reservations that are not canceled at least 3 days in advance, will incur a $25 service fee.Note: you will lose your deposit if you do not cancel at least 3 days in advance of your reservation.
